Booking Details

To book a package, please follow the instructions stated below.
1. Choose a specific package as indicated on our website based on your preferred Philippine destination or adventure and the number of persons in your group. You may also request for customized packages by sending an inquiry form.
2. Upon finalizing your package, please send an email to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or click the “INQUIRY BOX” button and provide the following information:
a. Full name (as it appears in your passport)
b. Mobile no:
c. Email Address:
d. Trip/ tour package name (i.e. PALAWAN/ May 8 to 11)
e. Travel dates and flight schedule ( if you have booked your airfare already)

f. Other requests (i.e. private bathroom, etc)
3. After receipt of email, our office will send a confirmation of the package with payment instructions via email.
• Please take note of the deadline date for payment. Otherwise, booking will be automatically canceled.
We require at least a 50% down payment for booking/ confirmation with the balance to be paid upon receipt of tour voucher. For bookings less than 7 working days, full payment will be required.
Receipt of Payment
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive the following, (1) an UrbanMala Travels Voucher, (2) a detailed trip itinerary (if required), and (3) Airline tickets (if required).

The following terms and conditions apply to all Travel organized by UrbanMala Travels operator and owner of the website with URL: http://www.urbanmalatravels.com. For this purpose, the term “Travel” shall include any combination of international or domestic flights from your point of origin to your final destination, and include all hotels, resorts, accommodations, excursions, tours, transfers, rentals, etc., that have been organized on your behalf by UrbanMala Travels

If your booking includes Flights or Accommodations or other service, provided by someone other than UrbanMala its appointed agents, whether UrbanMala has acted as the agent or not, then your contract shall be subject to the conditions set forth in the applicable Philippines Travel and Tour Operator’s policies, or in the case of an Airline, the airline’s applicable booking conditions. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Any arrangements which you make while on your Vacation and which are not made through UrbanMala are ones for which we have no responsibility or liability.

Making a Booking

When you make a booking with us, you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will exist upon our accepting any monies from you towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation, voucher or itinerary, whichever is the earlier. These conditions in conjunction with the information set out in our published information from the entire agreement between yourself and UrbanMala. When you make a booking with UrbanMala and we accept it, the total cost of the Philippine Travel Package becomes due and payable immediately, unless we have agreed in writing that you may pay an initial deposit. In any event, the full amount of your Philippine Travel Package must be credited to UrbanMala a minimum of 10 working days BEFORE your scheduled departure.

Prices

Prices are fixed at the time of booking and generally will not be subject to any surcharges, unless otherwise stated. The only exception will be an increase in our costs arising as the result of any government action including but not limited to, new or increased taxes such as VAT. When a surcharge is payable an administration charge of $5.00 per person, together with an amount to cover travel agents commission (if applicable) will be added. If this means that you have to pay more than 20% of the original booking price you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid in respect of your booking, except an amendment charge. Should you decide to cancel because of this then you must exercise your right to do so within fourteen (14) working days from the date we advised you of the amount due.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before you book including any special rates that we may offer from time to time, which may not be the same as those published on this website. Please note that ALL RATES are determined based on the actual time of travel, and NOT the booking date. In some cases, posted rates may expire or become invalid after the booking date and before the actual date of travel. In this case, we will confirm and charge the new rate that will be in effect at the time of travel. (see VALID FROM DATES below room rates, to confirm validity)
